**ob Overview**:
As a Senior DI Colourist at Framed Memoirs, you will play a crucial role in crafting and perfecting resonant videos for our clients. Your expertise in colour correction and grading will be essential in crafting beautiful videos that capture the essence of a special occasion.

You will work a team of video editors, collaborate with creative directors, and cinematographers to deliver high-quality videos that meet our standard expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Colour grading & correction

A) Setting up the overall tone and mood of the film or video through colour grade. Choosing a palette that represents the narrative's emotional context, genre and setting.
B) Correcting colour inconsistencies & Balance skin tones
C) Ensuring scene to scene continuity to ensure accurate and consistent colour representation across all footages.
- File management - Organise and maintain a digital asset management system as guided by the management. Keep an organised track of raw videos / work files / exported images.
- Quality Control: Ensure all images meet the company’s quality standards and guidelines.Perform necessary checks to rectify any errors and inconsistencies in images.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong understanding of colour theory, composition and basics of cinematography.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a colourist with an experience of at least 5 years along with a portfolio showcasing exceptional skills (not genre specific)
- Proficiency in Davinci resolve.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, photographers, and other team members.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the emotional impact of such content.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
