Job Title : HRM Trainer

Job Type : Part-Time ( work from home)

Job Summary :Looking for Part time HR Trainer with good experience in all HR functions from recruitment to exit formalities, should have good knowledge in payroll and statutory compliance's ,person with good communication and also willing to train our students need to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver effective HR training programs.
- Conduct needs analysis and develop tailored training programs to meet specific learner needs.
- Create and manage lesson plans, materials, and assessments that align with training goals.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-6 per week

**Salary**: From ₹300.00 per hour
