1. Collection of expertise database according to the Journals classification.
2. Communicating with the research Institutions and Inviting academicians, researchers,
scholars and students to collaborate with International conferences and Journals etc...
4. Schedule calls and regular follow-up with the experts/individuals.
5. Supporting Authors regarding the submission guidelines and process.
6. Communicating and supporting the Authors/Institutes during the submission of
manuscripts.
7. Regularly update the status to the corresponding authors regarding the publications.
8. Resolving queries raised by the Institutions/Individuals on or before/during the
Publication process.
9. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
10. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
11. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
12. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
- Pre-sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
