**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor SMS and RM machinery to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Monitor the production process and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Report any issues to the supervisor promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in SMS and RM operations is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina to manage work in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in an industrial environment.
