**Job Title: Layout Properties Sales Representative**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience, with a focus on layout properties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong rapport with real estate brokers.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Flexible working hours.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler or vehicle.
- Familiarity with land measurements and documentation processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales transactions for layout properties.
- Communicate effectively with clients and maintain relationships.
- Collaborate with real estate brokers to facilitate deals.
- Handle basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
- Be available for flexible working hours and travel.
- Utilize basic knowledge of land measurements and documentation in transactions.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Travel requirement:

- No travel
