- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Exceptional document writing skills: should have authored PRFAQs/Strategy docs

Timehub is looking for a strong Principal Product Manager, Tech to drive product strategy and launch best-in-class Time and Attendance solutions to our customers, worldwide.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create product strategy and roadmaps for the countries owned.
- Deep dive customer needs and pain points in relation to Time needs and identify right solutions.
- Gather Business Requirements and partner with Technology Teams to deliver customer solutions for Time related needs.
- Partner with customer and stakeholders to simplify policies through standardization.
- Own the post-launch maintenance and performance tracking of products launched; create scorecards related to the product areas owned.
- Own team-level business review documents; vison documents (PRFAQs)
- Collaborate with cross platform products for integrations and identifying dependencies.
- Partnering with software development, design and key partner teams to deliver on product vision and roadmap.
- Establishing goals and reviewing metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success.
