**Job Profile : F&B Controller**

**Experience**: Total 02 - 05 years

**Salary**: CTC Rs.24,000/- to 32,000/- Per Month

**Plus **:Food, Medical Insurance, Accommodation etc.

**Required : Previous experience in a financial role within the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.**

**Qualification : A Bachelor's degree in finance, or related field is often preferred.**

**Preferred**: Willing to work at Jaipur & Immediate joiner.

**1.** Financial Analysis:

- Monitor and analyse the financial performance of the F&B department.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and variance reports.
- Identify areas of cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities.

**2.** Cost Control:

- Manage and control costs related to food and beverage procurement, production, and service.
- Establish and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of F&B inventory and supplies and check for any discrepancies.

**3.** Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Develop annual budgets and forecasts for the F&B department.
- Work closely with department heads and chefs to ensure budget adherence.
- Provide recommendations for adjustments to achieve financial targets.

**4.** Inventory Management:

- Oversee the procurement and storage of food and beverage inventory.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder as necessary to meet demand.

**5.** Pricing Strategy:

- Assist in setting menu prices that ensure profitability while remaining competitive.
- Monitor pricing strategies and make recommendations for adjustments.

**6.** Vendor Relations:

- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best possible pricing and terms.
- Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for supplier selection or termination.

**7.** Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit required reports to management, government agencies, and auditors.

**8.** Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen, front-of-house, and management to achieve financial goals.
- Provide guidance and training to F&B staff on cost control and financial matters.

**9.** Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
- Implement best practices in F&B financial management.

**10.** Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to the F&B department.
- Ensure documentation for audits and tax purposes is complete and organized.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
