**Job Summary**:
We seek a versatile and entrepreneurial-minded professional to join our team as an In-House Entrepreneur at the consultant level. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to various business initiatives, leveraging your diverse skill set and entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation, identify growth opportunities, and support various projects across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a variety of business initiatives, projects, and strategic endeavors.
- Conduct research, analysis, and feasibility studies to evaluate potential opportunities, market trends, and business ideas.
- Contribute to developing business plans, financial models, and go-to-market strategies for new ventures, products, or services.
- Participate in ideation sessions, brainstorming workshops, and strategic planning meetings, offering fresh perspectives and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Assist in the execution and implementation of approved projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Embrace a generalist approach, adapting to diverse business requirements and taking on various roles and responsibilities as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify areas for innovation and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., consulting, entrepreneurship, business development).
- Entry-level experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a drive to explore new business opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Versatility and willingness to take on diverse roles and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
