Job Title: Primary Teacher

Location: Bal Vikas Global School, Kaithal

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for primary grade students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active engagement and a love for learning.
- Assess and monitor students' progress through various formative and summative assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's academic and behavioral development.
- Integrate innovative teaching methods and educational resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Teaching certification or qualification for primary education.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their holistic development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
