- In liaison with Sales and Service Managers lead, facilitate and coordinate continuous dealership training programs.
- Monitor and drive usage of social media by Sales and Service terms.
- Conducts Sales and Service Assessment periodically - to understand process gaps. - Share the findings along with Action Plan with Dealer Principal, dealership senior management team field team.
- Monitor and ensure continuous improvement in the Guest Experience indices (CVP, JDP) by constantly reviewing and analyzing the same. Work directly with Sales and Service Managers to optimize and refine the process performance and improve staff behavior and enhance skills.
- Escalate critical issues that hamper smooth execution of processes at dealership to Dealer principal, MG team, and ensure they get resolved.
