As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and contributing to the growth of Golden Vacation. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and convert potential customers into satisfied clients by showcasing our exceptional travel packages and services. You will work closely with our sales team and report to the Sales Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their travel preferences and needs.

Present and promote Golden Vacation's travel packages, ensuring clients are aware of the unique experiences we offer.

Customize travel itineraries based on clients' interests, budget, and time constraints, providing personalized recommendations.

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Negotiate and finalize sales, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are processed accurately and efficiently.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new travel products to stay ahead in the market.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and strategies to increase brand visibility and sales opportunities.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the travel industry for at least 1 year.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and meet sales targets.

In-depth knowledge of various travel destinations, vacation packages, and travel-related services.

Familiarity with travel reservation systems and CRM software is a plus.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Flexibility to work occasional weekends or outside regular business hours, as needed.
