Responsible for carrying out the documentation for benchmarking and measuring Customer Success for various customers, adhere to the laid out processes, and submit and discuss the same with the Customers and Cisco teams.
- You will be required to understand the various Cisco Software offerings in various technology areas, namely Collaboration, Enterprise Networking, Security and Data Centre.
- You will be required to work with our technology experts, understand the current methodologies followed and help in creating digitized processes for the same.
Preparing dashboards and working on CRM software.**Requirements**:
Graduate with a minimum of 6 months experienceExcellent English writing and speaking communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Good interpersonal skills, since employee will be required to deal with all our technical teams
