Job Description: Part-Time Work-From-Home Digital Marketing Intern

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management:

- Assist in managing and curating content for our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Content Writing and Creation:

- Contribute to content creation, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and social media posts.
- Ensure content is compelling, consistent with the brand's voice, and optimized for various digital platforms.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy and quality.

SEO Optimization:

- Assist in keyword research, on-page optimization, and meta-tag creation.
- Analyze website data and performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations.

Digital Advertising:

- Assist in the creation and implementation of digital advertising campaigns on various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns and provide insights for optimization.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare reports with key performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing studies or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Compensation:

- The Digital Marketing Intern will receive a monthly stipend of 5,000 INR for the first three months of the internship.
- Upon successful completion of the initial three months and based on performance evaluation, the stipend will be increased to 10,000 INR per month going forward.
- Additionally, the intern will have the opportunity to earn incentives based on achieving specific performance targets

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
