Medprime has developed the latest technology in digital microscopy for diagnostics, significantly making tests more accessible and affordable. Cilika, developed by medprime is the world's first portable smartphone microscope that is suitable for diagnostic and research use.
**Role Description**:
We are looking for a Medical Device Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. This is a full-time role with some flexibility for remote work.
- Responsible for sales development on microscope for the region.
- _Network and propose potential business deals new opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostics center, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, University, Agriculture labs, FSL, Industry etc._
- Arranging appointments with doctors, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling.
- The Medical Device Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
- Sales target achievements
- monthly/ quarterly/ yearly for volume growth and productivity
- Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/ RSM/ NSM
- Daily reporting and feedback of customer calls.
- Responsible for assigned area sales, collecting outstanding, Doctor calling, hospital visits, complaints handling.
- Analyze the region and market's potential, track sales.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
- Actively meet the customers daily, weekly and monthly as per need.
- Learn how product does work and how to troubleshoot the issues.
- Prepare and submit the weekly report to the Management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and Business management _experience in medical devices, Microscopes, Scientific Instruments, Laboratory product_

- Strong business acumen and market orientation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
