HashHackCode is on the lookout for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer Intern to join our inclusive team. This role is perfect for those who have a flair for visual storytelling and are passionate about creating engaging content that elevates our mission across various digital platforms.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Visual Storytelling**: Design and create compelling graphics, images, illustrations, videos, and animated content that effectively communicate HashHackCode's mission, initiatives, and successes.
- **Branding and Strategy**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual strategies that align with our branding, messaging, and overall goals.
- **Creative Execution**: Produce high-quality visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, and potentially website elements. Ensure they are engaging, on-brand, and tailored to our target audience.
- **Trends and Insights**: Monitor digital media trends and analytics to understand what visual content resonates best, adapting strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
- **Concept Development**: Assist in the creation of storyboards and concepts for digital campaigns, bringing visual ideas to the table.
- **Collaboration**: Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and fresh perspectives on visual content strategies.
- **Project Management**: Help manage the visual content calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials, working effectively within deadlines.

What We Require:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and experience with Canva or similar design platforms.
- **Visual Design Fundamentals**: Strong foundation in design principles, color theory, and typography.
- **Video and Image Editing**: Excellent skills in editing both video and still images to create visually appealing and impactful content.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- **Adaptability and Initiative**: Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Passion for Inclusion**: A passion for visual communication that aligns with HashHackCode's mission of inclusivity and empowerment in the tech education space.

We provide Inclusive Tech Education & Mentorship to people with different abilities and strengths. We mentor students with ASD, ADHD/ADD, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome, Hearing and Speech impairment, and Learning Difficulties.
