target languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.). This ensures accurate pronunciation, intonation, and

fluency in conversation. The correct use of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure in the target

and creative writing pieces in foreign languages. Strong understanding of spoken language variations:
Knowledge of regional dialects, slang, and formal vs. informal speech patterns allows teachers to better

understand and cater to students' learning styles. Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in English

literature. Develop and maintain engaging lesson plans and course materials. Advise and mentor students.

Conduct research and publish scholarly work. Contribute to departmental and university initiatives.

Participate in service activities. Specialization in a specific area of English literature (e.g., Romanticism,

American Literature, Postcolonial Studies). Experience with online or blended learning environments.

Experience supervising graduate students. Ability to teach courses related to writing, critical thinking, or

cultural studies. Ph.D. in English Literature or a closely related field (required). Minimum of ten years of

successful teaching experience at the college level (preferably at the undergraduate and/or graduate level).

Demonstrated excellence in teaching, with a strong focus on student engagement and critical thinking.

Ability to develop and deliver a wide range of courses in English literature, covering various periods and

genres. Strong record of scholarship, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and/or books (highly

preferred). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive

learning environment.

Working Hours / Timings: - 8:00am to 4:00pm

Working Days: - Monday-Saturday
