Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Export related documentation.

2. Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation, preparing export Invoice, packing List, tracking Shipment, letters of credit, Coordination with Overseas Buyers, CHA, freight forwarders & Shipping Agents regarding shipments.

3. Preparation of BRC Handling Export documents and submission to Banks, DGFT, etc.

4. Should have sound knowledge in Invoice & Packing List in Formats and managing export document in respect to banking,

customs and client logistics departments i.e. Pre-Shipment / Post Shipment, Bill of Exchange, Bill of Collection etc.

5. Knowledge of imports & exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentations & formalities.

6. Co-ordination with the suppliers & shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities.

7. Filling of BRC and checking online on DGFT website & also checking the Shipping bill status online on Ice-gate website.

8. Follow up with clients accounts Department and banks for payment and settlement.

9. Visiting banks, freight forwards office related to export documents, as and when required.

**Requirement**:
2. Experience: 0 to 6 mths (Fresher can also apply).

5. Ready to travel for office work (locally).

6. Knowledge of MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
