**Job Description: Entry-Level Position for Vegetable Farming Executive (Freshers )**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an entry-level Vegetable Farming Executive. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sustainable agriculture and eager to develop hands-on experience in vegetable farming operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Field Operations**:

- Assist in planning, preparing, and managing vegetable cultivation activities.
- Monitor crop growth and health, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and oversee irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting processes.

**Data Collection & Reporting**:

- Record daily field activities, including planting schedules, soil conditions, and yield performance.
- Prepare and submit reports on crop progress and issues to the management team.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of seeds, fertilizers, and tools.

**Research & Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in vegetable farming technologies.
- Participate in trials for new farming techniques and crop varieties.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure farming activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Follow sustainability practices in line with the company's values.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Transport will be provided
- Strong interest in vegetable farming and sustainable agriculture practices.
- Basic knowledge of crop cultivation techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work setting and learn quickly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
