**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in home furnishings or interior design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for design and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or design is a plus.
