**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- To manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the admin & reception activates (day to day)
- Answering all the inbound calls and transferring to the concerned dept if required
- Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally
- Maintaingthe Address book of new customer’s details, Bescom, All invoice
- Maintaining inward and out ward courier records
- Arranging to issue ID cards, Visiting cards to employees based on the request and approval
- Co-ordinating with the vendor for change in printer catreidge
- Stationary request
- Follow up with couriers and Logistics to trace the shipment for the delivery
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s in a related field

Min 1-2 years relevant experience

Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
