Resort Sales Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth for the resort.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential business partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate site visits and familiarization trips for prospective clients to showcase the resort's amenities and services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and budget.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-stay follow-up, to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as reservations, events, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client bookings and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of the resort effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules and business demands.
- Knowledge of local market trends and travel industry dynamics is a plus.
