This role will oversee financial services partnership, problem-solving product and business market fit for Harvesting’s trade finance product. Source, acquire and maintain financial services partners. Drive digital lending strategies with banks and NBFCs and co create financial products for Harvesting’s ecosystem. Design and Monitor KPI and business numbers for the digital lending partners and internal stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Relationships with Financial Services Institutions
Manage relationships with key stakeholders at existing financial services partners
Build pipeline of prospective partners across the financial services space including but not limited to digital lending, payments, insurance, etc
Facilitate ties with bank/NBFCs and structure products around new business opportunities. Ensuring partners are on boarded seamlessly on the harvesting’s platform
Set financial targets, monitor performance, and take corrective actions to achieve scale, revenue and profitability goals
Product Owner
- Ability to structure product offerings as per requirements of the business team and structure new models of business.
a. Coordinate with internal teams such as tech, business, design, legal and Product, and be the key point of contact for all discussions with the financial partners for these teams.
b. Track competition and their offerings. Publishing quarterly internal reviews benchmarking Harvesting with other players in the space.
Business Development & Intelligence
- Own business intelligence for the financial services team at Harvesting. Design and monitor key metrics for each program and review these with relevant external and internal stakeholders.
a. Stay on top of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies in the fintech space, and use this knowledge to inform partnership strategy and execution
b. Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in India especially in the agricultural and financial services sectors.
**Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
Upto 5 years for experience with Fintechs/Banks/NBFCs managing partnerships and/or supply chain product
Strong existing network with financial services players and fintech industry
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners
Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive results
Previous experience in agri commodities is a plus
Location is flexible.
**Salary**: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
