Knowledge of SDLC ISO /CMM ITIL software testing certifications /knowledge shall be an added advantage Hands on SAP processes for min 5 years Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around material handling /purchase /procurement /replenishment strategies /assortment & planning warehouse management fleet management route management retail logistics Indian indirect duties /taxes. Ability to plan coordinate and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional technical and support functions and to do requirement study with function. Quick at understanding the business issues pain points and challenges of org. Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes issue tracking & management Effective resource & time management Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implement them with their buy-in Reviews and edits requirements specifications business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Leads testing efforts. Ensures issues are identified tracked reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing. Communicates needed changes to development team. Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules during project execution. Manages resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule. Delivers informative well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Should possess Good Technical Understanding and preferably Retail background understanding of warehouse /logistics / c&f is an added plus. PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES Communicates effectively with users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Manages user expectations effectively. Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles. Believes in Teamwork and facilitates effective team interaction. Able to lead team and is a self-starter and is able to drive projects Develops relationships with user departments that foster ties. Understands the “human” side of the change management process. 1. SPOC - Supporting SAP application by trouble shooting & resolving quickly effectively / escalating (if necessary) around master data and business processes related to HR processes Recruitment & hiring payroll processing time leave and attendance travel & other claims performance management training learning management & preferably also Enterprise portal SuccessFactors 2. Leads support team related to above associated business processes 3. Training team and end users 4. Testing of changes 5. Does business process study with the help of business team. Reviews and edits requirements specifications business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Draft RFP and RFQs evaluate various solutions offerings from vendors. 6. Leads testing efforts. 7. Ensures issues are identified tracked reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing. 8. Communicates needed changes to development team. 9. Plans effectively sets priorities and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines. 10. Manages resources in accordance with project schedule. 11. Maintains all documents related to project process 12. Creation of tickets 13. Providing access to end users as per roles & authorization /access management policy
