**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in following up with leads, scheduling meetings, and managing sales pipelines.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately document all call information, customer interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments to help improve our offerings.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insightful feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the IT industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic IT knowledge.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- **Sales Acumen**: Good understanding of sales principles and strategies.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
