Responsible for all CR functions, strategic planning, development & implementation Respond to all complaints/enquiry through root cause analysis.

Analyze, generate report on complaints and suggest improvements
- Post sales follow up and updation
- Maintain complaint database, follow up with customer who do not report vehicle for workshop
- Creating customer awareness about low cost ownership
- Weekly meeting with sales/Service Manager and Top Management to review the status of Complaint to ensure reflection for future permanent corrective action.
- Review CR Manpower, sales and service volume of the dealership to ensure effective handling of Customer touch point.

**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
