Front Office Associate

The primary duties and responsibilities may include:
Managing reservations and bookings, including making room reservations, checking room availability, and ensuring that guest preferences are met.
Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries, complaints and requests, and providing information about the hotel, its amenities, and nearby attractions.
Handling guest check-ins and check-outs, including verifying identification, processing payments, and providing necessary information to the guests.
Managing and resolving any issues or complaints from guests, ensuring that they are satisfied with their stay and providing exceptional customer service.
Coordinating with other departments of the hotel, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
Preparing daily reports, maintaining guest records, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
