Dear Charted Accountants,

We are looking for Qualified Charted Accountants for Deputy Finance Controller position for a reputed Resort in Govandi, Mumbai. We need experience: 5 years to 15+ years.

We require a CA with good experience of
- Managing processes for reporting and accounting for existing business of hotels.
- Setting up and monitoring controls and accounting practices for new projects i.e. new build hotel and pulses processing plant
- Working with Finance Controller in annual financial closures: Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Ensuring Monthly and Annual GST Compliances, TDS and Income tax Compliance
- Leading team of 6 members.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, cost reports, and budgetary controls.
- Perform cost analysis and cost variances to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- CA / ICWA (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India) qualification is a must.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
