**Job Title: Mine Foreman**

**Company Overview**: We are one of the leading open pit MINING group engaged in Industrial mineral mining, with a strong professional team with a proven track records. In process of expansion and opening new projects we are looking for experienced and matured Mine Foreman to manage and oversee day to day mining activities efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage operational activities viz drilling, blasting, and transpiration of mineral as per the DGMS norms
- Supervising and guiding workers involved in mining and quarrying operations
- Ensure proper coordination with contractors and other general staff.
- Ensure all mining machinery and equipment are safe and in good conditions for use.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and communication with senior management.
- Sound understanding of safety procedures, equipment handling, and operational best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Foreman’s certification from DGMS, diploma or equivalent in Mining Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of mining equipment, operations, and safety protocols.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage team.
- Good understanding of industry regulations, environmental guidelines, and government compliance.
- Proficiency in the local language (preferred) to effectively communicate with local workers.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills with strong personality.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 8 years experience in mining.
- safety: Ensuring the health and safety of all employees. This includes ensuring that there are certified mine examiners to inspect the mine before and during shifts, and that there is adequate ventilation.
- Records: Reading and countersigning all mine record books as er the norms.
- Supplies: Ensuring that there are adequate supplies for the safe operation of the mine.
- Supervision: Supervising and guiding workers involved in mining and quarrying operations.
- Organization: Organizing worker pools and accounting for mining equipment.
- Planning: Planning quotas and coordinating between different teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
