**Job description**

Greentech Enviros, a partnership firm registered in 2016 from the Government of Telangana. We are doing Environmental Impact Assessment works especially on Ecology and Biodiversity.

The Managing Partner of this firm seeks a personal assistant who can assist him in preparing the reports as and when required.

Work has no personal targets.

We are trying to encourage freshers in post-graduate or graduate students preferably in the field of environment or biology background.

The applicants are expected to have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently and possess minimum communication skills.

We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can work with commitment.

**Qualification required**:
Graduate or Post Graduate preferably Environmental Sciences, Botany or Zoology with basic Knowledge on Computer skills.

Preference will be given to having basic knowledge or Experience in proofreading, Document editing, Data collection skills, and being willing to perform Fieldwork (Optional) within AP and Telangana.

Two months training will be given to the freshers as per project requirements.

**Job role and Project requirements**:
**Office-related**:
1. All office-related documentation which mainly includes reports preparation, Correspondence, Office filing, Computer related works.

2. Ability to handle basic tasks like printing, filling, scanning, record keeping, and data entry.

3. Manage and maintain office equipment such as files, stationery, company letterheads, envelopes, etc.

4. Other appropriate duties as assigned by the management.

**Project-specific assignment**:
1. Attending meetings with the clients along with management to note down their Project requirements and targets.

2. Understanding the Project Background

3. Preparing the framework of the project

4. Planning and preparing the project document for timely submission.

5. Collecting the secondary data related to the Project Scope

6. Modulating the raw data in a meaningful report.

7. Statistical analysis in Excel and using Biodiversity tools

8. Preparing Greenbelt plan with specifications given

Training: One month period

Timings: 9.30 to 6.00 pm (All Sundays and public holidays are not working days except in emergencies)
