Job Title: Site Supervisor for Smart Meter Installation Project

Job Location: Patahi, Bihar, India

**Salary**: Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000

Experience Required: 1 year plus

ADAR India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and oversee our Meter Smart Meter Installation Project in Patahi, Bihar India. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily activities of the project team
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
- Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed on the job site
- Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues to the Project Manager
- Manage and maintain project budgets
- Attend project meetings and provide input as required
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have their own vehicle for transportation
- Preferably owns a laptop
