**Requirements**:
„1. Design and Implement Test Strategies, Test Processes, and Test Planning (Functional and Non-functional covering Web, Mobile, and APIs)
2. Enhances Test Process and Adaptability in Testing Practices.
3. Defining, Designing, Implement and Enhance Test Metrics and Test Reports
4. Communication and Presentation Skills
5. Agile Methodology Experience
6. Current Market Trends (Test Tools, AI and Machine Learning Awareness, etc) 7.Security Testing Awareness „
**Responsibilities**:
„Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artefacts is well documented and maintained.
Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with product managers and other stakeholders.
Estimating the QA time needed, resource needs, infrastructure needs.”
