**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Psychological Assessment**:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for inpatient and outpatient individuals to diagnose and formulate effective treatment plans.
**2. Therapeutic Interventions**:
- Provide individualized and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for both inpatient and outpatient clients.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process-oriented group therapy sessions.
**3. Treatment Planning**:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
- Regularly review and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient progress.
**4. Crisis Intervention**:
- Offer timely and effective crisis intervention services for inpatients facing acute psychological distress.
- Work closely with the crisis intervention team to ensure patient safety and well-being.
**5. Collaboration and Consultation**:
- Engage in collaborative efforts with medical and mental health professionals to contribute valuable insights to treatment strategies.
- Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork within the hospital.
**6. Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
- Contribute to regular reports for the treatment team and participate in case conferences as required.
**Qualifications**:
1. Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
2. Current and valid state licensure as a Psychologist.
3. Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and delivering individual and group therapy.
4. Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹16,023.32 - ₹45,442.55 per month
