**Nursing Coordinator**
- To attend the calls of the new client promptly and give required information pertaining to the services, tariff, terms and conditions, and convert them as the client of RHHS.
- Initial assessment of the patient and home visit and get the documentation done after a thorough check of home, patient, relatives, maids, helpers, therapists and area to ascertain the safety of staff during work.
- Arranging Caregivers duties with existing and new clients.
- Networking and arranging for Clients.
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
- To accompany the staff to the new client home and to orient the Nurse with the appropriate nursing care plan.
- To make client visits once in 3 to 4 weeks and ensure all the client visit forms are regularly filled and maintained and ensure special attention is given to all the high end clients and elderly.
- To conduct monthly review classes and skill test to upgrade the nurse’s position.
- Speak to Caregivers on duty and also get feedback from the Clients.
- To visit the Institutes for conducting recruitment interviews.
- Other administration duties as per directions given by MD/ GM.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.44 - ₹25,000.94 per month

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- BLS Certification (preferred)
- RN (preferred)
