**Sales and Enrollment**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and parents to understand their educational needs and career aspirations.
- Provide detailed information about Career Launcher's programs and services, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into enrollments, achieving or exceeding sales targets.

**Counseling and Advising**:

- Assess students' interests, strengths, and goals to recommend suitable courses and career paths.
- Assist students in understanding the admission processes, course structures, and career outcomes of various programs.

**Event Organization**:

- Plan and execute sales-oriented events, such as open houses, career fairs, and information sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote these events and attract potential students.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Provide ongoing support to enrolled students to ensure their satisfaction and success in their chosen programs.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all counseling sessions, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights to management on improving sales strategies.

**Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in education and career planning.
- Understand the competitive landscape and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-focused role, preferably in the education sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Personal Attributes:

- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Empathetic and patient, with a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
- Self-motivated and proactive in pursuing sales opportunities.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position with flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet with students and parents.
- Some travel may be required for attending events and visiting schools or colleges.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
