**Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Accountancy**

**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Delivery**:Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive Accountancy lessons following the CBSE curriculum for Class 11 and 12.
Present complex accounting concepts in a clear and understandable manner, catering to the diverse learning needs of students.

**CBSE Board Exam Preparation**:Develop effective study plans and examination strategies to prepare students thoroughly for CBSE board exams in Accountancy for Class 12.
Conduct regular mock exams and practice tests to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Student Assessment and Feedback**:Evaluate and grade students' performance in classwork, assignments, projects, and exams in a fair and timely manner.

**Student Mentoring and Support**:Act as a mentor to students, providing academic and career guidance to help them make informed choices.
Encourage students to explore careers in finance, accountancy, and related fields.

**Parent and Teacher Communication**:Maintain regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and conferences as required.

**Professional Development**:Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting principles, financial management, and advancements in the field.
Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field with a B.Ed. degree.
- Proven experience teaching Accountancy to Class 11 and Class 12 students, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Thorough knowledge of the CBSE curriculum for Accountancy in Class 11 and 12, including the requirements of the Class 12 board examination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing classroom activities efficiently.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools for instructional purposes.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
