We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues, providing technical support to end users, and performing fieldwork when necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site visits to resolve IT issues that cannot be resolved remotely. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and peripherals.
- Monitor network and system performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to prevent or minimize disruptions. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, antivirus updates, and security patches.
- Assist in managing IT assets, including inventory tracking, procurement, and disposal of equipment.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications and work experience will also be considered.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Basic understanding of server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Flexibility to work in the field and travel to different locations as required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
