We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our sales efforts to new heights. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company and play a key role in expanding our market presence.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their needs, present our product offerings, and provide customized solutions

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.

3. Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers through market research and analysis.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.

6. Train and onboard new sales team members, equipping them with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.

7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and development.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.

9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, presenting them to senior management for review and strategic planning.

10. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Lynk International and generate new leads.

11. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the metals industry.

3. Strong knowledge of metal products, alloys, and related manufacturing processes.

4. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.

9. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

We offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary plus commission, health benefits, and opportunities for career growth within our expanding organization.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel
