**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement cricket training programs for students.
- Develop individualized training plans to support students in achieving their goals.
- Guide students through training techniques and track their progress.
- Identify areas for improvement and adapt the training program accordingly.
- Provide feedback to students on their performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress.
- Attend tournaments and games as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cricket Coach.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement training programs for diverse skill levels.
- Strong knowledge of cricket techniques and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
