Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Executive in the FMCG industry, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our products and brands. You will be responsible for creating and managing online campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing digital channels to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and a strong grasp of the FMCG industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
*Digital Campaign Management:
Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet set KPIs and goals.

*Social Media Management:
Manage and update the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Create engaging content, schedule posts, and engage with the audience to increase brand awareness.

*Content Creation:
Develop high-quality and relevant content for various digital channels, such as blog posts, infographics, videos, and product descriptions.

Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.

*SEO and SEM:
Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.

Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase online traffic and conversions.

*Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.

Generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

*Brand Promotion:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute brand promotion strategies through online channels.

*Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to adapt digital marketing strategies accordingly.
- Qualifications and Skills:
*Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

*1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.

*Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

*Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content.

*Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
