**Job Overview**:
RL India Finance Team manages the finance function for India Operations. It works very closely with the global finance teams of Gannett. RL India Finance Team is responsible for maintaining end-to-end financial records for India. We work and close our books basis the month-end close timelines provided by Gannett Global Finance Team. Every month end India team reports all their expenses and income to Gannett Finance team by uploading General Ledgers through Infor (Accounting system). RL India is also responsible for statutory compliances spread across GST, Taxation, Transfer Pricing, and ROC. Along with this, RL India is also accountable for Budgeting activities and participation in audits or reconciliations, whenever required.

- Responsible for day-to-day accounting in Tally and Infor (including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable). Perform monthly book closure activities
- Responsible for GST filing, TDS filing, and other statutory compliance
- Work on monthly Cadency reconciliations & ad-hoc MIS reports
- Uploading payments via Axis Bank and HDFC Bank
- Updation of Fixed Asset Register in Tally/ Infor for monthly purchase and sales of Fixed Asset. Preparation of Sales Invoices for assets sold during the month
- Prepare various month/quarterly/annual reconciliations or schedules/ reports for Audit purposes (Statutory, Tax and Transfer pricing)
- Support Accounts Receivable chargeback process for ReachLocal
- Perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy, consistency and in a timely manner
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities/ multi-task as per the urgency
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

**Key Skills**:

- Worked either on Infor or Oracle or SAP or similar software and Tally
- Worked on Excel. Good knowledge of PPT

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- MBA with specialization in Finance (Part-time or Full time) from any reputed institute or CA (Inter)
- Graduate (Full time)

- Day Shift: 09:30am to 6.30 pm (Mon to Fri + 1 Saturday Working)
