JOB DESCRIPTION OF CSR AT BIRD.

**Position**: Tele caller - Outbound - US Sales

**Experience Required**: 1 to 2 Years in tele calling mandatorily in the US market

**Education**: Any relevant degree

**Location** : PLOT NO, 76-A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122016

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets within the US market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up with leads to schedule meetings and product/service presentations.
- Utilize calling tools and maintain detailed records in spreadsheets.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports on progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
