**Responsibilities**:
Plan and deliver engaging and innovative ICT / Computer Science lessons to students according to the curriculum standards.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to participate actively in class.
Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Integrate technology effectively into the teaching and learning process to enhance student understanding and engagement.
Provide timely feedback to students on their academic progress and maintain accurate records of student achievement.
Stay updated on advancements in ICT and Computer Science education and incorporate relevant developments into the curriculum.
Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's extracurricular activities and events.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in ICT or Computer Science at the secondary level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
