Telesales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers via telephone to promote our products and services
- Use scripts to provide information about product/service features, prices, and benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's needs and preferences
- Secure appointments for sales representatives to visit customers in-person
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and sales
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge of products and services

**Requirements**:

- Proven telemarketing/telesales experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and results-driven with a proven track record of sales success
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or business administration is a plus

**Salary**: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The position also offers the potential for commission-based earnings.
