**Position Overview:

- **
The Finance Executive is responsible for overseeing the financial operations,planning and analysis.They play a crucial role in guiding financial operations and ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.The Finance Executive works closely with senior management and departmental sales head towards the profitability of the company.

**Key Responsibilities-**
1. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports and statements including monthly ,quarterly and yearly P&L account and Balance sheet.
2. Oversee day
- to
- day financial operations such as account payable, receivables and vouchers. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
3. Ensure all ROC returns are being filled and all the formalities related are being done on a timely basis.
4. Ensure to file Income Tax returns of the company and all the directors and and follow compliances.
5. Ensure to file GST returns and follow the compliances on a timely basis.
6. Ensure to file PF AND ESI returns and to follow their compliances on a timely basis.
7. Ensure to file TDS and TCS returns on a timely basis.
8. Generate claims and reconciliation of Tata Motors.Submit financial and claim related formalities by invoicing to the principal company.
9. To ensure that all accounts are properly reconciled.
10. Prepare and present an expenses comparison chart of all expenses and income and observe per unit profitability and manpower productivity.
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks.

**Desired Skillets And Experiences**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field or equivalent experience and training.
- At least 3 years of experience in handling finances as Financial Executive or in a similar role and preferably in the Automobile sector.
- Strong Accounting and Financial skills in addition to analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong computer skills-MS Excel and CRM.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple deadlines/priorities without comprising attention to detail.

**Salary-**
Finance Executive salary may vary depending on the experience, qualifications and location. The average salary for this role is 30,000-60,000 per month. Incentives may vary depending on the performance.
