Pluralsight is seeking an experienced and motivated Transcriptionist to join the team in the India Tech Center. This role deeply connects with our value to champion the customer, by providing a quality and accessible experience in all areas of our platform. What you’ll own:
- Proofing contractors’ captioned files and flagged questions- Ability to answer miscellaneous process and proofing questions- Lead course prioritization while assigning out priority work to contractors- Keep transcription vocabulary up to date- Upload transcripts for contractors- Monitor patched course spreadsheet; re-audit if needed- Re-audit clips with report button issues.- Report tool issues to other Pluralsight teams.- Typing and coordinating internal caption needs

Experience you’ll need:
- Ability to understand and transcribe and punctuate foreign accents, dialects, even with interruptions, background noise- Previous transcription experience is recommended
