**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction and Requirement Analysis**:

- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their architectural needs, preferences, and project objectives.
- Translate client requirements into detailed architectural drawings and design solutions.
- **Standards and Compliance**:

- Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant industry standards.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in architectural standards and regulations.
- **Drafting and Visualization**:

- Create detailed architectural drawings using drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Develop 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and project teams.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard architectural software.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools relevant to architectural design.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with architects, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to team meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and precision in architectural drawings.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary to meet project requirements.
- **Project Support**:

- Assist in various stages of project development, from conceptualization to completion.
- Support project managers and architects in delivering high-quality design solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience for experienced draftsman or fresh graduate for a fresher architect.
- Strong understanding of architectural standards, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Excellent visualization and communication skills.
