We are Hiring for Site Supervisor in a leading Commercial Construction, at the location of Madurai

**Industry - Commercial Construction & Engineering**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Understanding and studying project concept, architectural drawings, MEP drawings and working
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Scheduling and Managing Timelines of the project
- Regular site visits and supervision of all related entities
- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies proactively
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
- Daily updating on the project details to the concerned Project Architect
- Preparing measurements sheets for Turnkey projects and cross checking the same with BOQ
