**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material. (e.g.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily Admin work.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Update calendars and schedule Cab driver’s Roasters for the daily trips.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
- Perform the all admin works, Fun friday and other fun activities as well.
