**Job Title**: Shwarma Chef
**Location**: Bajariya Road Orai(Jalaun) UP
**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Depending on experience and skill level)
**Working Hours**: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Full-time)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Shawarma Chef to join our team. As a Shawarma Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality shawarma dishes, ensuring excellent taste, presentation, and food safety standards. If you have a love for cooking, especially Middle Eastern cuisine, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Shawarma Preparation**: Prepare and cook shawarma meats (chicken, beef, lamb, etc.) using traditional methods, ensuring flavor consistency and quality.
- **Marination & Seasoning**: Properly marinate and season meat according to recipes to create the perfect taste and texture.
- **Grill Operation**: Operate and maintain the shawarma grill, ensuring proper cooking temperatures and grilling techniques.
- **Food Safety & Hygiene**: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with customers when necessary, ensuring food quality meets their expectations and assisting in order preparation.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing the kitchen inventory for shawarma ingredients, and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- **Quality Control**: Consistently check the quality of prepared food and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Shawarma Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- **Skills**: Strong cooking and grilling skills with a focus on Middle Eastern cuisine. Ability to handle and prepare shawarma meats, including marinating and grilling techniques.
- **Hygiene**: Knowledge of food safety standards and cleanliness protocols.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team and handle high-pressure situations.
- **Communication**: Basic communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work shifts from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and adapt to varying customer demands.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a fast-casual or Middle Eastern restaurant.
- Ability to multitask and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
