**Responsibilities**

Menu Development:
Create and develop a diverse and appealing menu of baked goods, taking into consideration current trends, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.

Regularly update and refresh the menu to keep offerings innovative and exciting.

Recipe Creation and Standardization:
Develop and standardize recipes for all baked goods, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.

Conduct regular tastings and evaluations to maintain and improve the quality of all bakery items.

Baking Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including but not limited to baking, decorating, and packaging of products.

Manage inventory and ordering of baking ingredients to ensure freshness and prevent shortages.

Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate the bakery team to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the baking staff.

Quality Control:
Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet the café's standards for taste, presentation, and freshness.

Cost Management:
Monitor and control costs related to the bakery operations, including ingredient expenses, labor costs, and waste reduction strategies.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
